The Defense of Shane Whitten's Killing of Michelle Whitten
Barry Whitten's lawyers accuse the investigation of singling out Barry as a suspect. They said that at one point he did single out Barry, but that was only after they excluded everybody else and the defense was saying that you were just focusing on him from the beginning. The defense also when the forensics come up, they asked an expert what you might expect to find in the master bedroom based on the blunt force trauma that Michelle received. As they did, you do the same forensics. Did you search all their houses with lumen all? Did you look over their carpets with fine tooth combs?
