The US-Israel Relationship Can Stay Strong in the Future
I see very little connection between the level of interest rates and the willingness to take financial risk. It's a combination of moral hazard and shockingly incompetent or ineffective regulation. The bonds that we have with Israel I think are going to remain strong going well to the future. We'd be surprised if there wasn't domestic political crisis at the same time, which is greatly to Israel's disadvantage.
