I can't see any benefit at all in passing blame or fault anywhere else other than taking responsibility because you're not really passing blame and fault. It's been popular this week, Stuart Weber quoted that Dale Wimberle poem of The Man in the Mirror. When you point the finger at the man in the mirror, there's two fingers pointing back at you. So yeah, you're right, this idea of complete responsibility is a powerful, powerful concept.
