The Importance of a Memento Mori

I want to become a three-bit world champion, no doubt in my mind. That's enough for me. I'll be honest enough to tell you that that's an incredible achievement to be able to do that and I'd be happy, delighted if I can doing that. So are we talking here then about the benefit of defeat, the benefit that comes with failing? Yeah, suppose we are and they're never really thought about that until you've just mentioned it there but the defeat that Josh Warrington warranted learnt me a hell of a lot. It kind of taught me that I'm a better fighter than I was that night and performance doesn't necessarily make me a bad fighter. We
