The State Is Still the Biggest Gang in Town
The state is still the biggest gang in town. When it absolutely wants to, it can humble any organized crime grouping. In some ways, actually it is perversely a victim of its own success. From January to June, overall recorded crime fell by 1.8%. But serious crimes, which includes most of the ones which organized crime would be involved in, fell by 6.3%.
