A Project Manager's Challenge, or Not a Challenge, but an Opportunity
Experience is obviously key, even as you grow then to project managers levels and beyond. I think the key is that, if some one has not had that same pat which many people haven't, is to just really understand and identify where they're coming from. It might take a little longer at the beginning, but it pays off altermately,. We we have people that have been with the firm for many, many years, which is really fantastic. But something one should keep in mind is, who's joining this team now, who's in this meeting?
