Is This a One Off?

Kenneth Gould was 29 at the time when all of this happened. He died in 2007 and his children were still alive in 2019. The detectives from Montana approached all five of them and three agreed to give their DNA. They went to the children and they said, okay, and it was a match. So that's how they're making a connection without this direct sample.
