I'll Charge the Sheep

A group of friends head out with a flock of about 250 sheep to a cooler, higher pasture. No one's more excited than the sheep. It sounds strange but the kind of energy this readiness, urgency to push out into the world feels like a kind of birth is about to take place. We all stand back from the gates while Daniela and the herders open them. I'll charge the sheep who know exactly what direction to head in. Off down a country road up into the hills.
