How to Get More Email Responses
If you haven't responded to that email in a month, when will you? The first thing to do is to lie a little less and to go in. If I get five more really nice emails, like what could be better than getting nice emails from people? But now that also accumulates the amount of guilt I have about the ones that I already get the email response to.

Chaotic, paradoxical, debilitating, frustrating, buoyant, and occasionally capable of causing short-term madness, email is still the medium that we'll never get right.
