How to Create a Safe Space for Collaboration in Synthesis

The first thing that you can do is by understanding why these PMs feel like they should own that space and why it's that responsibility. And then coming up conjointly with this understanding of, okay, these are the different scenarios that we can have. What what is everybody doing in this in these different scenarios? The ideal situation would be for researchers to be in charge but not shut people down who are interested in research.
