The Spade Framework for Decision Making

The spade framework, the spade and e is an acronym that stands for setting people alternatives, decide and explain. It encompasses a lot of other frameworks that you might be very familiar with during decision making. This is just the one that I want to talk about today but please feel free to use the one that you're most familiar with. Let's go into an example. Imagine that you are a product manager for a video streaming service. The decision is not made because all 10 are not voting yes to a certain decision. This is incorrect because it slows down decision making which impacts delivery.
