The Pandemic of the Startup Culture
I think a lot of the growth that we're seeing from the pandemic. So for the longest time interest rates have been very low. We got a whole bunch of rapid growth, but malinvestment, riskier things went nuts. But now when interest rates are higher, debt is harder to service. And I think it's just going to be a trend that continues for a while. You couldn't, I don't think it was sustainable to have companies growing so quickly and to such a degree.
