The Myth of Not Sleeping

There is a myth that you can get used to not sleeping. You need eight hours of sleep. Sometimes our body will try and combat our sleep deprivation through micro sleep. It's just falling asleep instantly, involuntarily on the spot kind of thing. There are long term health risks associated with sleep deprivation.
