Bitcoin has a gradiated opt-in privacy model where users with different threat models can pick the privacy level that they want. And I think the same is true for notability, if ordinals is like a collectibles layer and inscriptions is like an artlayer. So my approach to privacy is to attempt to improve privacy, you know, bit by bit, and see how things shake out in the end.
