The Benefits of Sleeping Well

A one hour increase in location average weekly sleep increases earnings by 1.1% in the short run and by 5% in the long run. There is a huge system of vessels of plumbing in your brain that gives your brain a car wash essentially a deep clean while you are sleeping. The theory is that the glia some of these cells that are around the neurons that support neurons may shrink while we are sleeping allowing room for fluid to circulate in our brains.
