The police determined that it was her handwriting. The question becomes, ena, was she forced to write this note? Was it written under duress, or even just kind of like, doped into it thinking it was for something else? You just never know. It does look like she has a lot of cross outs and not in words. And that dis kind of adds to the mystery. If karena did come back, she would have wrote the note right there.
