The Vuelta is here and we're sure it won't come as a surprise to you all that G is not racing this year. Remember, Spain is for holidays.

Ambassador De Pluski will be flying the Watts Occurring flag in the peloton though and, with G sunning himself on a beach, Luke gave Laurens a call to get the lowdown on the third and final Grand Tour of the season.

It all starts tomorrow with a time trial in Lisbon - and De Pluski's roommate young Josh Tarling hopped on the pod as well, to tell us all about it. Can he win the red jersey on day one? That'd be pretty cool.
