The reward you craft basically reflects kind of the business needs, right? So like observations, actions and all of that are just, you know, the groundwork. But reward really reflects what the customer wants, right? And so it's sometimes a bag of tricks, if you feel well, but it's also often just finding out and consulting with the customer to figure out what they really want.
