I think that point is because victim is such a loaded word and there's a reasonable response that people have, which is no, I will not allow that labeling. What was tough for me to accept is that there was elements of who I am that are, there's a causal daisy chain down to like, Oh, that's where that comes from. And if you want to use the word victim, that's okay. But it's more just like things happen that I could not control. That can be a healthy recognition of victim hope that doesn't need to also entail this. The only way through is to blame this other individual, but to see that, yeah, there was things
