Is There a National Siber Strategy?
There should be a national siber strategy, says Isnoer. It is necessarily derivative of a national security strategy. In terms of our own initiative that is currently being worked through by the national scurity council. Once that's done, then there'll be a derivative out of that. All those things can be inferred, but it gets dangerous to kind of call them out and create stove pipesf those things in and of themselves.
