The Importance of Being Convenient to Run

Chris: We need to be strong and robust as runners to deal with these forces. If we are not conditioned to run in the first place, that we are placing ourselves at a considerable risk of developing future injury going forward. For me, being conditioned to run is about gradually building up your both your cardiovascular ability and your the strength of your individual tissues throughout the body.
