How to Set a Static Budget
If you had to pick between notebook, spreadsheet or whatever digital software, would you start with an Excel spreadsheet where you list out all of your expenses? I think it's fine to set a static budget. If you wanted to just put it in Excel, I don't know. You got to think bigger about budgeting as a whole is like, how do you plan to track it? It's really not as effective if you set your budget up and you put it into Excel.
