I Think the Shift to Remote Work Is Undermining Trust and Confidence
People are really frustrated by the way that their organizations and managers have failed to be explicit with them about, a, what the goal is. And i think that when leaders run into trouble is when they say everybody must be remote, or everybody must be in person. That's on't koing of work for everybody. So yes, it is harder to be flexible create a hype, but it's not impossible. It's possible to manage it. But it it takes, takes a little srafford, for sure.
