The Upside of Seriatage Real Estate

Seriatage has about 170 properties. One property itself could be worth half a billion and the stock right now is trading at something like 400, 500 billion. They've got 1.6 billion in debt. The market doesn't have any freeches according to the efficient market hypothesis. There's definitely some here on it that could possibly go wrong. And I just went through all the reasons why Certage growth may not happen.
