What Helped Me With My Anxiety?
I had so much anxiety about going to the jim. Because i had some body image issues and social anxiety. What helped me a lot with the gim specifically is i liked to lift, and i liked run. I made like this huge spread sheet of like, work out routines and then a work out calendar. So that way it was more methodical, and i felt like i had a right to be there. Meditation allowed me to kind of create some distance between my thoughts and my perception of myself.
