How I Learned to Sing
For the first 10 years of my musical development, all I wanted to do was play the guitar. And then somehow I got interested in the blues when I was eight or nine years old. It took a long time for me to enjoy singing; something about amplification made it possible. When I started singing into a microphone and the studio were on stage, that attracted me to singing more than it had before.
