The 14th Amendment and the Debt Ceiling

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen on sunday called the possibility of evoking the 14th amendment a constitutional crisis. The republican position is we'll only raise it if you cut spending Once we reach that point we're going to run into more sequestration and eventually possibly default.
