Kinley Salmon is the Africa correspondent for the Economist. He recently visited a church in Yola, Nigeria where people who have gone missing are remembered. There he met Joshua Aoudu, whose brother-in-law was kidnapped by Boko Haram. "It's a horrific thing for families to go through," says Salmon.
