The Importance of Space in Music

I was always going to be a teacher. Both my parents were teachers, my father taught for like 55 years. It was just always what I wanted to do from the time I was little. And I thought I was going to be history teacher till I got like my junior year of high school and I thought, well, maybe this music thing might work out. So I could have been a history teacher, I could have had the history teacher podcast. The teaching is more about is more than the subject you teach,. But it's also spatial awareness in space is a big part of being a musician.
