What Qualities Do You Look for in Someone Who's Underrated?

A lot of times somebody can become underrated just because for whatever reason the draft of history that we currently have wants to intentionally or unintentionally mitigate someone. I always think it's worth going back and scrutinizing the record and asking, is this or that person really as important as we think they are? Maybe they are. Maybe they aren't. And I think there's a lot of people who are either massively inflated or massively deflated. So yeah, that's my take on it. All right, Scott, what do you think?
