"I have this much, much better relationship with my dad. I feel that I'm a much more integrated man," he says. "You can't do it when you're on it. It's too bloody difficult. You need a team." In the caveman days, there's always been that community aspect of hunting and gathering for food or to make sure your family is well taken care of. He also talks about how his mother passed down her negative feelings about him through years of parenting.
