The Transition of Power in 408

The transition from Arcadius to the seven-year-old Theodosius II was anticlimactic. Stilico would have made for some good theater if he had shown up and claimed power. Sadly though, Stilico was betrayed and then allowed himself to be beheaded in order to nobly avert a civil war.
