In the absence of a bill like that, you're just going to have the SEC try to win a couple of hundred different cases and use taxpayer money to fight against startups. Congress isn't good at passing bills writ large right now, but if they could get their act together on a few, it would be helpful for us. There's a lot more balance in Congress than there is in the regulatory community.
