Police Budget Cuts Aren't Going to End Up Paying More Officers

We're gong to pay you some point in the future, as much as 20 years in the future. So essentially, la is racking up a debt, and that debt is ultimately going to cost more than the total cost of the overtime hours that officers are working due to those increases in officers salary down the road.
