The democratization of tools that just do exactly what you tell them is still pretty risky in my eyes. So i think, especially twitter and other social medias are getting better with catching bad players. But on the other hand, it's not going fast enough so that it won't catch everyone. And especially bad players who have morebadget more capital to hire people to te roof do really bad things. They can still do that.
