What Are Your Most Surprising Learnings So Far?

I've audited over 45 startups personally, and these are startups trying to raise money so that they can continue building their products. I think the most important thing that we find is the technical solution is actually not that important. You need to have something that works that customers can use. Investors are really looking for a team that knows how to work together and a team that can evolve over time. We're all about what's written down. That's really important so you can scale quickly.
