Shame, shame, shame. And we're just left feeling really sorry for ourselves and a shameless heap on the floor. I think where some of the problems come in is the rejection, sensitive dysphoria as well, scared to ask for help because you're scared about what other people are going to think about you. So body doubling is, you know, having someone there so that you're almost accountable. It could be just having your friend on the phone while you clean the house or painting up with someone to exercise all of these little things can help.
