The Fed's Investigation of Silicon Valley Bank
Former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers, former Fed Board member Jan Tarrulo and Bloomberg Executive Editor Stephanie Flanders join David Frum for a roundtable. President Chair Powell said he didn't yet know exactly what went wrong with Silicon Valley Bank but the Vice Chair Barr was conducting an investigation to find out. "I think in the most immediate sense, this is clearly a supervisory failure," says Summers.
