The Telephone Version of Business Email Compromise

A lot of the time, if you are calling someone and you want them to be able to really cough up the goods, make them think they're going to get in trouble if they don't. So it's the telephone version of business email compromise. And this is why we always tell people to be very careful when you receive a phone call from anybody even if it looks right. If the name is right, the number is right, that doesn't mean it's necessarily right.
