Warren Buffett owns 20.13% of American Express, the company. He bought 151 million shares and then hasn't done a thing since. The investment thesis that I had was one, I like sticky software roll ups. They grow by acquisition and they spit out tons of cash. And two, this was an acquisition machine that was undergoing a pretty significant pivot.
