Nicholl was the one who looked at h t m l and decided to find a way to let everybody use it. His solution was to use una code, a standard that handles in almost all the world's languages. Nicholl believes people must be allowed to communicate and work in their own language. Make the web an english only zone would mean cutting off part of our shared humanity.
