What's So Hard About That?

We have a relevant realization of the myriad, they be a close to infinite number of possible ways to look at a dog and a cat. And we somehow find what is relevant to distinguish them. Ike: We paper over this by equivocating on notions of similarity. This is how i do it. It's so obvious. I notice the cats are all similar to each other, and i notice the dogs are all like each other. But  what's so hard about that, right? The problem tat is, logically, any two objects are therefore highly similar,. but also equally highly dissimilar from each other.
