Do All My Characters Have Flaws?

Do all your characters have a flaw that they try to keep hidden and you're trying to uncover? I say a little bit yes and bit no, because the truth is, most people already know what their flaws are. And so it's not my job as an author to uncover them. It's my job asan author to let my character experience them,. The qualities that we don't like to look at, are in ourselves. That should be the same for your characters.
