Is There a Balance Between the Standard and the Creative Way?

I think work, you know, and employers should allow people that that exploratory time. And it's the luxury of the luxury of time. Not everyone has that their extra time to kind of explore those other fields. It does seem like even if you don't have an hour to work on a fun generative project, maybe even just five minutes of something is going to practice helping you be more open to things.
