Is There an Addiction to Anger?

i would say we very much have an addiction to anger. It's akin to gambling, extreme sports and even drugs like cocaine and meth. By having this anger, i am justifying this anger. We are now privy to all the injustices in the world at a click of a mouse. People use track pads now, but whatever lie getat the click, you can see injustices everywhere. So if you want to be really upset about a situation you've got no control over, you can, and it feels kind of good,. and you don't have to deal with your own life and your own problems.
