The History of Pilsner

The invention of Pilsner depended on this technology to allow for malt there that would allow them to make his beers. Germany and other countries in Europe started to copy what people in England did very often by not following the patent system. The spartan brewery of Munich was actually the first brewery or one of the first breweries in Germany to dismantle their Bavarian type kiln, meaning smoke kill, and replace it with a non-smoke kill ones.
