A lot of our clients, we don't ever really do anything with mastery or compensation or really even membership because membership in a traditional organization is pretty clear. So I appreciate the fact that the work that we do at those allows me to explore other parts of the canvas that I don't necessarily get to touch in my regular day-to-day work. Right? A lot of little milestones or signs that you're either on the happy path or wallowing into the abyss or, you know, there's probably a lot of different trajectories there. And you probably get to see a lot of it because you see so many different inside so many different organizations. Yeah, yeah, for sure.
