Can We Limit Philanthropy?

Sawhell, jusson: Do you think that we as a society should be doing anything to limit the ability of people to accrue into billions of dollars and sort of influence the world as they will? Jusson: I can't imagine someone who's ona utilitari basis, done more a as an auchpuner for humanity as as a collective. The question is "Should anyone be a millionaire?"
