The Only Exercise Science Meta With an Error?

There was a paper that said 85% of exercise science meta papers had an error. We'll talk about that at some point, but for people that are listening, we won't get into it. But yeah, so training with accommodating resistance in terms of one fret max raw strength development doesn't seem to be all that beneficial. And there's good reason to kind of suspect that it wouldn't be better than straight weight. For most exercises, if you're doing a one rep max, specifically barbell lifts, generally, you're not yourstrength.
