I think that going broad is very valuable, especially when you don't know what really matters. One of the early podcasts that I'm going to be doing is just sort of laying out what career frameworks could look like. What are the dimensions? Do great people respond and get good jobs off of inbound like blind emails? Like how does this all work for me? Browna, maybe you might have some thoughts on this one.
